rather than the exception, for a significant amount of employees to have clocked up 20 to 30 years service. This ensures
consistency of knowledge and skills and ensures a continuity of customer service.

Each of our Senior Management Team have been with Ritchie (UK) for a minimum of 10 years and know the
Business and Customer's requirements intimately.
