2007 – Ritchie (UK) Limited invest in second Xerox iGen3 Digital
Press
Having
been the first commercial operation in Scotland to introduce digital
technology in the late 1980’s and the first to invest in Xerox
iGen3
technology in January 2005, Ritchie (UK) Limited continue lead the way.
We have just taken delivery of our second iGen3, which will
compliment
our existing offering. New Xmpie software has also been purchased, which
will allow us to offer both variable data and variable
imaging
on a single sheet. We see huge opportunity within the market to offer
one-to-one personalisation, as companies look to target their
clients
in a much more, effective, cost effective and dynamic way.

This unit
has all the features of the first unit – the M500 – including
HOT and COLD MELT GLUING, Laminate Application and 3 die cut units.
It will
also have the facility to run finished products to sheets, reels or

greater
